Wir brauen unser erstes NEIPA! Das New England IPA ist eine Hopfenbombe. Columbus, Amarillo, Mosaic und Citra sind mit drin und das nicht zu wenig. Durch das Hopfenstopfen bekommt das Bier ein ordentliches aromatisches Profil. Grbaut am 6. April 2019, abgefüllt am 15. April.
Neben Brauwasser, Zucker (vollständig vergoren in Flaschenreifung), Liebe und Leidenschaft sind noch folgende Zutaten im Bier enthalten:

Columbus: 15% Alphasäure – zitrus, harzig
Amarillo: 8% Alphasäure – zitrus, blumig
Mosaic: 11% Alphasäure – tropische Früchte, blumig
Citra: 12% Alphasäure – zitrus, tropische Früchte

Stammwürze: 16 °P
